EXPRESION UNO 2015
Part ONE of our Three Hands Experiment, where we use three different levels of intervention to create three different expressions using the same ‘base wine.’
All sustainably farmed, hand harvested and naturally fermented in concrete vats.
This wine sees the least amount of intervention – after fermentation the wine was racked to neutral french oak barrique where it aged for 2 years.

Expresión Dos wine is racked to 2nd use french barrique and aged for 2 years before bottling.

Part THREE of our Three Hands Experiment, where we use three different levels of intervention to create three different expressions using the same ‘base wine.’
All sustainably farmed, hand harvested and naturally fermented in concrete vats.
Expresión Tres is blended with a splash of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in french oak for 2 years before bottling.

EL PRIMERO 2017
Our first single vineyard wine – El Primero, is the beginning of a journey of exploration in discovering our unique, 12-row lot.
At first sip of our own pressed juice from 2017, it was clear we were onto something special. Concentrated of course, but still vital with red fruit and alive with rare acidity.
Naturally fermented in open topped vats and aged in neutral french oak with no fining or filtering.
